The Honourable Bob Rae
Biography
Foreign affairs critic for the Liberal Party of Canada and former premier of Ontario.
Mr. Rae chaired a commission in Ontario that helped spearhead significant reforms in postsecondary education.
Dr. Jim Black
President and CEO of SEM Works.
Dr. Black, whose areas of expertise include retention, recruitment and marketing, has delivered keynote addresses and conducted workshops throughout the world.
Dr. Ross Finnie
Associate professor in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, University of Ottawa. Dr. Finnie, who is a leading Canadian researcher on student retention, will be presenting important new research findings that challenge current beliefs about college student persistence.
